Feedback on previous study tours indicates that participants have gained important and timely lessons from examining the Italian healthcare system and the many innovations that they've adopted. Most importantly they have been able to apply what they have learned to their own work at home, and have made valuable contacts in Italy and with their fellow tour panelists.
