Canadian College of Health Leaders: 2014 BC Health Leaders Conference

(Ce programme n’est pas disponible en français.)

BC Health Leaders Conference
October 22-23, 2014
Vancouver, British Columbia

We invite you to join 300 of your colleagues and friends for two-days of forward thinking and inspiration, with a focus on timely and relevant topics delivered in a number of lively formats.

Keynotes:
Dr. Peter Senge, John Dehart and Teresa Cascioli are undisputed experts in their respective fields and accomplishments. Who better to receive insight from than those who have walked the walk and come to Vancouver to share that expertise with you.

Plenary Sessions:
The first plenary session is interactive and will follow Dr. Senge’s keynote address. It will be facilitated by Shauna Fenwick who is an accomplished facilitator, certified executive coach, educator and designer of leadership development systems. She works with individuals to strengthen their leadership capabilities, and with teams and organizations to create conditions for optimal function and innovation. Shauna will take some of Dr. Senge’s strategies and methods and help you apply them in-depth to the leadership challenges we all face daily.

The second plenary session will be in the PechaKucha style format. Delegates enjoyed this session so much last year that it is back by popular demand with new faces and topics. Join us for this engaging and informative session to hear leaders’ experiences of what transformational learning looks like in the workplace, how it shows up at the individual, group or industry level, and some of the challenges we face individually and collectively. Expect a fast paced, by the seat of your pants plenary.

The last plenary session will feature senior leaders who participated in the first cohort of the executive level Transforming LINX Leader Development Program.

Concurrent Sessions:
You can expect first hand information from those who are in the know, have lived the experience, learned from it and are ready to share that valuable expertise with all of us.

Networking:
Networking opportunities will be available throughout the conference.

Membership, retiree and student rates are available, register today!

Please note, on-line registration closes on October 10. In-person registration will be available on-site.
