Second annual Health Care Quality Summit, April 17-18, Saskatoon

Saskatchewan's 2nd annual Health Care Quality Summit will feature four internationally recognized keynote speakers, 10 workshops, 20 stories of local implementation of quality improvement initiatives and a panel presentation. The Summit will be an inspiring learning experience for board members, healthcare managers and front line workers. Plan to attend and be inspired!

Panel presentation: Patient and family engagement 
The panel presentation titled Patients in Quality Improvement - Best Practices for Best Results will be moderated by keynote presenter Liz Crocker, Vice-President, Insitute for Patient- and Family-Centred Care. The panel will provide insights and understanding of the the challenges and rewards that result when patients are included in quality improvement initiatives. Health care managers and client representatives from the Regina Qu'Appelle and Cypress Health Regions will share their experiences and lessons learned from participating in two projects. The panel will answer questions from the moderator and from the floor.

MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATION (MOC)
Attendance at this program entitles certified Canadian College of Health Leaders members (CHE / Fellow) to 5 Category II credits toward their maintenance of certification requirement.
