The Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres (OACCAC) has released a call for abstracts for the 2016 Achieving Excellence Together conference taking place on June 5-7, 2016 in Toronto.
The 2016 Conference theme is "Collaborating for Innovative Health Care" and Conference streams are:
- Achieving excellence in the patient and caregiver experience
- Achieving excellence through quality, consistency and transparency
- Achieving excellent value
- Achieving excellence through effective leadership and collaboration
This year health care trailblazer Dr. Danielle Martin of Toronto's Women's College Hospital and Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield are part of an exciting lineup of keynote presenters.
Health care leaders, partners and professionals are invited to share ideas, innovative programs and research findings by submitting abstracts for workshops, panels and poster displays for the 2016 OACCAC Achieving Excellence Together Conference by December 18, 2015.
